Pursuant to the Memorandum, the OSCE renders assistance to Ukraine by means of procuring funds needed to implement the project. The OSCE also monitors its proper realization directly or by specially authorized bodies.
Pursuant to the document, the issue concerning transportation of mélange through the territory of Ukraine and beyond its borders shall be settled by a separate agreement between the government of Ukraine, the OSCE and the contractor in each case with due account taken of the Memorandum, project documentation and regulations of unified standards Incoterms 2000.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.0126.
